• 1. Before you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") begin to read and decide whether to accept the PPT Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Agreement") and pay for the PPT service, we remind you to carefully read and pay attention to the bold content in this Agreement. Minors under the age of 14 should carefully read this Agreement with the accompaniment of their guardian and decide whether to agree to accept it, and purchase and use the PPT service under the guidance and supervision of their guardian. If you have any questions about this agreement, or are unable to accept it in whole or in part, or need to provide feedback (including suggestions, complaints, reports, etc.) to Shenzhen Meiyiwang Technology Co., Ltd. during use

• 2. Please note that the PPT includes all membership benefits and features of the PPT computer version VIP, PPTWEB version VIP, and PPT. The specific VIP service content can be found in the PPT Service Agreement and this agreement. Purchasing PPT membership separately will not be eligible for PPT membership benefits.

• 1、 PPT service description:

• 1. Definition:

  • (1) PPT: refers to an application software product developed, operated, and managed by Shenzhen Meiyiwang Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies. It aims to provide you with free, non exclusive, and global software usage licenses and technical services within the scope of this agreement, including PPTAPP, PPTWEB, and PPTPC.
  • (2) PPT: refers to users who have completed all the procedures for purchasing PPT and, under the premise of complying with this agreement, enjoy PPT services during the membership period, abbreviated as "PPT". Please refer to Article 3 of this agreement for the specific rights and benefits of the PPT.
  • (3) Content provider: refers to the entity that provides genuine content to users together with the PPT.
  • (4) Genuine materials refer to materials or design templates that are included in the flat poster template editor and video template editor of the PPT, including but not limited to electronic, digital or other formats of videos, music, images, fonts, etc. All materials provided in the PPT recipe and photo beautification function do not belong to the material content in the video template editor and flat poster template editor in this context.
  • (5) Design templates: Refers to works provided by PPT that have originality and design aesthetics, and can be edited and produced into design products by users, including flat templates, H5 templates, PPT templates, resume templates, video templates, etc.
  • (6) Authentic content: Refers to the design template and genuine materials marked with "" on the PPT.
  • (7) Design finished product: refers to the final product created and downloaded/shared by users on PPT using multiple/similar genuine content. A single genuine material is not considered or allowed to be used as a design finished product.

• 2. PPT may update this agreement at any time based on its own judgment of commercial, legal, and policy elements; Without your explicit consent, we will not reduce your legal rights under this agreement.

• 2、 Intellectual Property Declaration

• 1. The intellectual property rights of the genuine content displayed on PPT belong to PPT or the content provider. You have the right to enjoy the non exclusive, non exclusive, non transferable and non sublicensable right to use the genuine content in the finished design within the Chinese Mainland of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) and the scope of authorization according to the authorization of PPT.

• 2. The authorization granted by PPT to you under this agreement shall not be deemed as the transfer of any intellectual property rights, ownership or other rights of the genuine content. Except for the authorization explicitly stated in this agreement, you shall not have any other rights to the genuine content.

• 3. You have created identical or similar design products based on genuine content, or used some or all of the genuine content in the design products. The intellectual property and all rights of the genuine content still belong to the PPT or content provider. When the PPT rights expire, you should immediately delete and no longer use the design product.

• 3、 PPT Benefits:

• 1. During the membership service period, you can use the genuine content provided by the PPT flat poster template editor and video template editor to create and download design products, and commercially use the design products within the following scope:

  • (1) New media usage: New media graphics for Weibo/Headlines/WeChat (WeChat official account, Moments), web design, app design, H5, mini programs, email (non advertising nature), and other design purposes;
  • (2) Purpose of online video: used for online video media playing platforms, such as Tiktok, Youku, YouTube, etc;
  • (3) Film and television production: media broadcasting platforms such as movies, television, and online television;
  • (4) E-commerce purposes: images for third-party e-commerce trading platforms such as Taobao, Tmall, JD.com, Weidian, Xiaohongshu, Meituan, Ele.me, and online education;
  • (5) Online promotion: email advertising, annual reports, Baidu promotion, 360 promotion, Taobao direct train, etc;
  • (6) Online advertising: Placing advertisements through online media channels;
  • (7) Electronic publications: Electronic publication covers and illustrations.

• 2. Gift benefits: Depending on the channel through which you purchased the PPT, the membership benefits we offer may vary. Please refer to the instructions on the channel purchase page for accuracy

• 3. Other member rights can be found in Article 2 of the PPT Service Agreement, PPT Rights and Related Matters.

• 3. Rights restrictions

  • (1) The authorization under this agreement is only valid for the genuine content provided by the flat poster template editor in the PPT. Any other means of content and its generated design products are not protected by this agreement.
  • (2) This authorization is only for your own use. You may not use this authorization or use genuine content, design products, etc. for third-party authorization, transfer, sharing, rental, etc; Genuine content and design products shall not be allowed to be downloaded, extracted, decompressed, or redistributed by third parties in any form (including independent file form); Genuine content and design products shall not be used in the competitive business of PPT.
  • (3) You shall not violate or exceed the authorized use of genuine content and design products under this agreement, including the scope, authority, and time of authorization.
  • (4) Genuine content does not support downloading to the local location, nor does it provide source files. It can only be edited and generated as a design product within the PPT's flat poster template editor. Among them, genuine materials shall not be used for commercial purposes separately from the design product, but can only be used as a component of the design product, and a single genuine material shall not be used as the only component of the design product.
  • (5) After you create and download the design product, PPT will not be responsible for any modifications such as adding or deleting the design product outside the flat poster template editor. Any legal consequences caused by this will be borne by you.
  • (6) You are not allowed to use genuine content or design products in violation of laws and regulations, including but not limited to using genuine content for deceptive advertising, unfair competition, and any infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of others.
  • (7) Without approval from relevant departments, you are not allowed to use genuine content and design products for advertising or promotion projects in sensitive industries such as tobacco, alcohol, drugs, plastic surgery, healthcare products, etc.
  • (8) You are not allowed to use the genuine content and the portraits of characters (if any) in an offensive, infringing, illegal or other inappropriate way, including but not limited to: a used in pornographic images or similar situations; B is used to imply that the model is involved in unethical or illegal behavior; C is used to suggest that the model has suffered from physical or mental weakness, illness, and other conditions; The act of political endorsement; Other behaviors that offend or belittle the character.
  • (9) You are not allowed to turn genuine content into resale products, such as templates, wallpapers, phone cases, greeting cards, postcards, calendars, cups, T-shirts, etc.
  • (10) You are not allowed to use genuine content for outdoor advertisements such as buildings, car bodies, light boxes, and display windows.
  • (11) You are not allowed to use the genuine content for any trademarks, trade names, trade names, design patents, product packaging, service marks or logos, etc.
  • (12) If you have special requirements for items 9, 10, and 11 above, you can contact PPT for exclusive customization.
  • (13) Please understand that due to the adjustment of the operation strategy, we will limit the free trial benefits of members. If you log into the free trial benefit account of members opened by the same third-party channel (WeChat/Alipay) on your common device within a natural year, the free trial times are limited to one time. When it exceeds once, the platform will automatically terminate the contract and reclaim the member's free trial benefits.

• 4. PPT may make partial modifications to the above-mentioned membership benefits based on factors such as changes in laws, regulations, policies, and its own operational strategies, including but not limited to adjusting or removing genuine content, changing preferential policies, etc.

• 4、 Fees and unsubscribe related

• 1. Charging method: PPT is a charging service, and you can complete the payment of membership fees through third-party payment channels such as Alipay, WeChat payment, and purchase in IOS.

• 2. Fee refund: PPT diamond membership is a combination of online and virtual products, using a fee first and then service method. The membership fee is the price of the online product corresponding to the membership service you purchased, rather than a prepayment or deposit, deposit, savings card, etc. Therefore, once the PPT diamond membership is successfully purchased, it indicates that you have used the product. If you need to return or exchange, please contact customer service. 3. Fee standard:

  • (1) The charging standards will be independently determined by Shenzhen Meiyiwang Technology Co., Ltd. based on the company's operating costs, operational strategies, upstream copyright procurement prices, and other comprehensive considerations, within the limits not prohibited by laws and regulations (adjustments including but not limited to promotions, price increases, etc.), and will be displayed to you on the relevant product service promotion and payment pages; If there are any changes in the relevant charging methods during your purchase and renewal, the actual charging methods announced by Shenzhen Meiyiwang Technology Co., Ltd. shall prevail; If there is an adjustment in the price of related services, the current effective price published on the platform of Shenzhen Meiyiwang Technology Co., Ltd. shall prevail (unless otherwise agreed upon by Shenzhen Meiyiwang Technology Co., Ltd. and you). Please carefully read the relevant notice before deciding whether to renew.
  • (2) If you have already opened the "automatic renewal membership" and successfully opened the "automatic renewal membership" after you have successfully opened the "automatic renewal membership", we will refund you the balance of the "automatic renewal membership" that you have not yet consumed, and the "membership rights" will be effective immediately.

• 4. Subscription cycle:

• The subscription period includes weekly, monthly, annual, and permanent membership, and users can choose it themselves.

• 5. Automatic renewal rules:

  • (1) Automatic renewal refers to the service launched to reduce the inconvenience caused by manual renewal for users who have already activated PPT services, and to avoid failure to renew in a timely manner due to negligence or other reasons. If you choose to activate the automatic renewal service, the authorized PPT can issue a deduction instruction according to the deduction rules of third-party payment channels when the subscription period is about to expire, and deduct the fee for the next billing period from the account without verifying the member account password, payment password, SMS verification code, and other information.
  • (2) Unless the user voluntarily and explicitly unsubscribes from the service, the user's automatic deduction commission for PPT will remain valid for a long time.
  • (3) The PPT will be automatically deducted one day before the expiration of the PPT service. If your third-party account balance is insufficient to pay the next round of PPT service fees, the PPT will make a second automatic deduction from time to time on the day after the first automatic deduction failure. If your third-party account balance is still insufficient to pay the next round of PPT service fees during the second automatic deduction, the PPT will automatically stop providing PPT services. You shall bear the risk and/or loss of renewal failure due to insufficient deductible balance in the above-mentioned account.
  • (4) The automatic renewal deduction date is the day before the expiration of the subscription period (i.e. the subscription date is 3.29, and the automatic deduction date for the next period is 4.28 (monthly), 6.28 (quarterly), and 3.28 (annual)). Once the deduction is successful, PPT will activate the corresponding PPT service for this billing cycle for you.
  • (5) PPT would like to remind you that the amount of PPT service fee you have paid for this billing cycle is based on the automatic renewal price agreed upon with PPT when you opened the PPT service. However, in the event of PPT activities or other agreements between PPT and you, the aforementioned amount shall be subject to the relevant agreements between PPT and you. At the same time, if you unsubscribe and reactivate the PPT service, the amount of PPT service fee you pay for this billing cycle will be based on the automatic renewal price agreed upon with the PPT at the time of reactivation.

• 6. Automatic renewal and unsubscribe method:

  • (1) IOS users: Open "Settings" on your iPhone, click on your Apple ID avatar, select "Subscription" to enter the "Subscription List" page, and select "PPT" to unsubscribe. (2) Alipay: Open "Alipay", enter "I" - "Settings" - "Payment Settings" - "Secret free payment/automatic deduction", and select "Automatic renewal of PPT service" to close the service.
  • (2) Open WeChat, go to "Me" - "Services", click on "..." - "Deduction Services" in the upper right corner, select "PPT Service Automatic Renewal Service" to turn off the service. 5、 Membership norms and breach of contract handling:

• 1. During your use of PPT services, you must not engage in any of the following behaviors:

  • (1) Modify service content, service period, consumption amount, transaction status, and other information through technical means to obtain PPT services.
  • (2) Provide PPT services to others for use (including but not limited to transfer, gift, borrow, rent, sell, transfer).
  • (3) Crack, modify, reverse operate, tamper with or otherwise disrupt any security measures or technologies related to PPT services.
  • (4) Anyone who obtains PPT services or maliciously refunds fees through illegal and improper means or exploiting vulnerabilities.
  • (5) Other violations of the PPT User Agreement, Personal Information Protection Policy, PPT Account Rules, PPT Community Management Rules, PPT Service Agreement, this agreement, laws, regulations or regulatory policies, and any infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of third parties.

• 2. If you violate this agreement and/or the PPT User Agreement, Personal Information Protection Policy, PPT Account Rules, PPT Community Management Rules, or PPT Service Agreement, PPT has the right to, based on its own judgment or legal and policy needs, independently decide and may, without prior notice to you, choose in whole or in part:

  • (1) Suspend or terminate your PPT service, take measures including but not limited to restricting, freezing, or terminating the PPT service, and bear the consequences of the inability to use the PPT service on your own. The fees you have paid will not be refunded;
  • (2) Appeal to administrative law enforcement agencies or judicial organs to pursue corresponding legal responsibilities. If any third-party damage is caused by your violation of this agreement (including Shenzhen Meiyiwang Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies and content providers), you shall bear independent responsibility; If Shenzhen Meiyiwang Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies suffer losses, you shall also compensate in accordance with the law (including but not limited to direct losses, indirect losses, damage to goodwill, lawyer fees, legal expenses, and all other expenses related to safeguarding rights and interests).

• 6、 Interruption and Termination of PPT Service: If you have objections to the modification of these rules in PPT or are dissatisfied with the PPT service provided by Shenzhen Meiyiwang Technology Co., Ltd., you may voluntarily interrupt or terminate the PPT service, including but not limited to not renewing or unsubscribing upon expiration.

• 7、 Applicable Law and Dispute Jurisdiction: This user agreement is governed by the laws of the mainland region of the People's Republic of China. Disputes under this user agreement shall be under the jurisdiction of the court of the defendant's domicile.
